cameras

just recently i had this liking for cameras. my dad has this really big camera which i am fond of using despite its really technical nature. it’s not actually for the beginner like me but using it makes me feel like i am capable of capturing something like the pros. i usually get that feeling when i start having a thing for something like the guitar or whatever. anyway, so i started this photography thing about 3 months ago. it’s fun and i think you should try it.

also, around 2 months ago i learned about lomography. if you ask me what it is, i really can’ tell you but you could ask around. im sure you’ll get different answers so i took the liberty of posting here the 10 rules of lomography!

1) take you camera everywhere you go

2) use it anytime- day and night

3) lomography is not an interference in your life but a part of it

4) try the shot from the hip

5) approach the object of your lomographic desire as close as possible

6) don’t think

7) be fast

8) you don’t have to know beforehand what you captured on film

9) ..afterwards either

10) don’t worry about any rules

tgif burger, MUST TRY. friday sleeps, walang kapantay. 15 hours of sleep straight. tapos gigising ka lang pag gutom or pag ma-cr tapos sleeps na ulit. o diba? realization: once a week, you must allocate A DAY only for sleep.
kung pwede lang din, sana may araw sa isang linggo na mamamatay ka for 24 hours. wala lang. patay ka lang. then gising ka next day na parang natulog ka lang. ang pinagkaiba lang, dreamless pag patay ka! pero dapat mabuhay ka after 24 hours. bawal mamatay talaga.

birthdays

sa lahat ng malapit lang ang birthday, happy birthday! haha. matanong lang. bakit kaya ang daming may birthday pag august? bilang tayo nine months back. DECEMBER. sino makakatanong sa magulang nila kung bakit gusto nilang gumagawa ng baby ng december?

Christmas!

malapit nanaman mag Christmas. may mga gusto na ko regalo! haha. isa na dun ang drum set na nakita ko kanina! alam kong hindi ako sanay eh ano naman? de magpaturo. sino may alam ng nagtuturo? turuan ninyo ako!

ngayong araw ay nahilig din ako sa incubus. jose pasillas (drummer) idol kita. bakit ang galing mo? kung pwede lang, nanakawin ko na drumming skills mo. pero hindi eh. kung sa gitara naman, si joe satriani nanakawan ko. kung pwede rin, sabay ko kayo nanakawan! tapos gagawa ako ng one man band. tama?

business management. yan ang aking course sabi ng la salle. kami ang first batch ng course na yan at napageeksperimentuhan. sa totoo lang, kung sinabi lang nila na kami ang first batch during the orientation, lumipat na ko! pero hindi eh. sinabi lang nila nung pasok na kami. tama ba naman yun? tapos bibigyan nila kami ng majors na hindi ko maintindihan kung magagamit ko sa totoong buhay pag nagttrabaho na. puro papers. puro theoretical stuff. ang bano ng course ko.

today i read this poem and found it very amusing:

today, i also went to mass sa church sa high school ko. still the same! mas puno lang ngayon during mass. i went to church with my family as always. hindi ko naintindihan yung gospel kasi mejo inaantok. ang nagpagising lang sakin is yung kumakanta during communion. it was an 8 year old kid siguro and she had the nicest voice ive heard in mass. you should go to mass sometime sa lourdes din and listen. parang ganito!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QWNoiVrJDsE

twilight

in around an hour i am going to begin reading eclipse, the third book. bago yun, nais kong sabihin ang mga saloobin ko tungkol sa libro…

ANG BADING NG LIBRO. di ko maintindihan bakit ko binabasa pero hindi yata nararapat na basahin ito ng lalaki. sa totoo lang di ko binasa lahat. pag nandun na sa mushy parts, skip lang ng skip. di nakakatuwa eh. pero siyempre may mga naalala ako na lines na kakaiba tulad ng heroin line o kaya yung mahaba linya about stars blabla. anyway, dapat ko bang basahin yung susunod na book o hindi? kung hindi naman, manunuod nalang ulit ako ng interview with a vampire.
